Compliance Training

Maintaining the safety and well-being of our campus community is a shared commitment, and compliance training plays a pivotal role in this endeavor. It's not just a requirement; it's a pledge we make to one another, our students, and our Spartan colleagues.

We've made it as convenient as possible by offering all required training courses online through CSULearn, our learning management system. The system sends automated notifications when a course is due. Be the champion of your own learning path and complete your courses before the deadline. Your proactive approach not only sets an example for others but also reduces unnecessary notifications.

Required Training Information

  • Review Compliance Training Requirements for All Employees for details on course requirements, frequency of completion, and length of the course
  • Review Compliance Training Based on Job Duties for information on additional requirements based on specific job duties
  • SJSU auxiliaries such as Associated Students, Student Union and Research Foundation also assign CSULearn courses to their employees. If you work for one of these organizations and you have questions regarding the compliance courses being assigned, please contact their Human Resources department for assistance or information about course requirements.

  • If you've encountered an issue with taking a training, finding your records, signing up for a workshop, or have another problem in CSULearn, please submit a ticket through the CSU Learn Webform [CSU Login required]. You will receive assistance from CSULearn staff at the Chancellor's Office via email. Tickets are not monitored during holidays and campus closures.
