Bargaining Unit 4
Full- and part-time permanent State employees are reviewed annually using the form below. The annual review cycle covers the performance review period of April 1 to March 31 of each year all bargaining units other than Units 3 and 11.
Probationary-status university employees are reviewed using the form below, but remain on their contract-mandated probationary performance review schedule until such time when they reach permanent status, and then enter into the campus annual review cycle.
The documents below are for employees in Unit 4 (Academic Professionals of California) only. Please note, the Unit 4 evaluation form is bargained is therefore the same for all CSU campuses.
