Recruitment and Retention
We support staff and management (MPP) employees through the recruitment process, classification and compensation processes, and manage all positions in SJSU @ Work. Our team works closely with hiring managers and recruitment committees, as well as department administrative staff, to ensure vacant positions are filled with the best candidates in a timely manner. In addition, we manage the Conflict of Interest process for the campus.
