Dear Faculty,

As previously announced, and in accordance with Senate Policy S13-9, we will schedule a vote on the proposal to merge the Environmental Studies and Urban and Regional Planning departments to form a joint school.

You will receive an electronic ballot from my office. The ballot will open May 1 and close May 15, 2024.

The vote of the regular (tenured and tenure-track) faculty and the vote of the temporary faculty in the affected academic unit(s) shall be tallied and recorded separately. The results of the voting will be made public within 7 calendar days.
