Integrative therapeutic style emphasizing a relational and humanistic approach from a biological, psychological, and socio-cultural perspective with techniques from psychodynamic, client-centered psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based practices, motivational interviewing, and harm-reduction.
