Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Issues that threaten life, property, security or environment are considered urgent requests. Submit all routine requests on WebTMA.

For service requests on evenings and weekends, outside of normal business hours, call the UPD dispatch line above. UPD will route the request to the FD&O manager on call to review and respond to the reported issue.

Photography and filming requests must follow a procedure that is approved by University Marketing and Communications before FD&O can grant reservation and access to university facilities.

Spartan Village on the Paseo is Open

Nearly 700 students will call Spartan Village on the Paseo (SVP) home this fall, nine months after the announcement of a unique student housing concept that will position San José State as a national model for urban residential living.

2024 AASHE STARS Gold Ranking

For the eighth year in a row, San José State University is recognized with a Gold Ranking through the self-reporting Sustainability Tracking, Rating and Assessment System, a program of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE).
