Large Lecture Rooms
There are a total of ten (10) classrooms (including Morris Dailey Auditorium) that will hold 100+ students and are not included in the Regular Session College University Lecture Room (ULR) Allocation, which are emailed to colleges normally four (4) weeks prior to the start of the term schedule build. Before the Regular Session (Fall/Spring) class schedule cycle begins only, the College Associate Deans and/or their representatives meet to determine room needs for all regular session classes. After this collaborative and collegial exchange, the group notifies departments who will schedule the room as part of the Round 1 cycle.
Any unused time slots of the large lecture rooms revert back to Academic Scheduling & Space Management (AS&SM) at the end of Round 1.5. Departments are welcome to request from AS&SM these spaces for any unused time slots and will be placed in rooms as space is available.
