Bio
Rosa Javadi is the engineering manager for Jabil’s Manufacturing Technology & Innovation group. An expert in product lifecycle management, she has over 25 years of experience in R&D, NPI and operations for high-tech industries, biotechnologies, consumer electronics, space technology and automotive technology.
Rosa has been an integral technical resource at Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley startups, including co-founding a biotech company in 2003. To help develop the next generation of STEM leaders, she is an engineering leadership advisor at California State University, Chico, and teaches smart manufacturing at San Jose State University (SJSU).
Ms. Javadi has received accolades including the Peer-to-Peer Jabil
Enterprise Technology Strategy Program award (2021), Top Leader (2020),
SJSU Engineering Alumni Service award (2018) and Jabil’s "Respect, Recognize, Reward" award (2015). She has lectured at technical conferences and published white papers on “Designing for X.” Rosa holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering, an M.S. in engineering (operations) and an M.B.A. from SJSU.
