Backup Service

SJSU IT provides secure and encrypted backup service to all IT hosted physical and virtual servers. Backups are stored onsite as well as offsite for Disaster Recovery (DR) purposes.   

Requesting Service & Support

For assistance with storage and data backup services, submit a ticket request. Requests are generally processed within 5-10 business days.
