The RSVP forms for each event are sent out to the emails you provided on your applications.

| Spring General Meeting | TBA | This will be our first general meeting for the Spring 2019 Semester. We will be going over the prospect of the Engineering Ambassador Program to both new and returning Ambassadors. |
| Ambassador Training Sessions ** | TBA | In order to become a representative and Ambassador of San Jose State University's College of Engineering, students must attend one Training Session. The training sessions will go over our Code of Conduct, as well as train our Ambassadors to be successful when meeting with students. |
| Mentor Training Session | TBA | In order to be a Mentor for high school students participating in the 2018 Santa Clara Valley Science & Engineering Fair Association Synposys Challenge, mentors must attend one training session. The training session will go over conduct and go over guidelines of how to be a successful mentor. |
**Ambassadors must have completed a training session to volunteer for an event. If you were unable to attend both of our Spring Training Sessions, please contact eap.sjsu@gmail.com for a follow-up training.
