All curriculum proposals are submitted through Modern Campus Curriculum (formerly Curriculog) Instructions linked. You can log on with your SJSU credentials.

Associate Dean, Chairs/Directors, and committee roles are updated using the Curriculog Committee and Roles GoogleSheet.

If you are a committee member or in an approval role and do not have the right roles assigned to your account, please email curriculum@sjsu.edu.

• Video and Step-by-Step Tutorials: View a variety of step-by-step tutorials on modifying courses, program revisions, and other processes. 

• Canvas Course: The Canvas Course provides a one-stop location with all How To PDF Guides or video tutorials. It is available to all SJSU users. If you would like to have the course added to your Canvas Dashboard, please email curriculum@sjsu.edu.

• One-on-One Training: If you would like additional support, please email curriculum@sjsu.edu to schedule a one-on-one training session with the Curriculum and Academic Program Analyst.
