Special Session

The below year-round Special Session class and instructor appointment forms. These forms are for both graduate special and SJSU Online sessions.

• Instructional Appointment Form (OnBase)
  Used to appoint instructors, or faculty, appointment form is required for special session classes. Review the University Personnel information for guidance.
  
  
• Class Section Add Form (DocuSign)
  Used to schedule or add a new course.
