Early Arrival Information
Early Arrival for Domestic Students:
Early arrival is available for students who need to be on campus for a mandatory school related function prior to move-in days of August 15-16, 2023. Due to limited staffing and availability, there is a review process for students to ensure that only those who are required to be on campus are approved for early arrival. Students may apply for early arrival on the Housing portal, by logging into your housing portal application and picking “Requests” at the top and then picking “Early arrival.” Check in for early arrival is August 12, 2023 from 1pm to 5pm and the cost is based on the daily rate of your room type. Early arrival is open to apply for starting July 3, 2023 and the deadline to apply is July 28, 2023. You must already be assigned a room space for Fall 2023 in order to apply for Early arrival. Early arrival is open to apply for starting July 3, 2023 and the deadline to apply is July 28, 2023. You must already be assigned a room space for Fall 2023 in order to apply for Early arrival.
