Sophomore, Junior and Senior Students

Campus Village Building B (CVB) is an on-campus housing facility for SJSU, Sophomore, Junior Senior and Graduate Students. It is located in the heart of Campus Village, a vibrant, student centered community in an urban setting. Campus Village is host to a myriad of programs and activities for the residents. Occasionally, outdoor activities in the Campus Village Plaza attended by large groups of residents, guests and community members result in higher levels of noise during certain times of the year. 

Spartan Village on the Paseo (SVP) is a brand new, off-campus housing facility opening in August 2024 located three blocks west of the main campus along the Paseo de San Antonio, downtown San José's core pedestrian boulevard. Structured like a traditional residence hall, Spartan Village will have its own dining commons, a fitness center, a dual-purpose video gaming and movie screening room, collaboration and study spaces and a unique study lounge in the skybridge that connects the building (formerly a luxury hotel) to the adjacent tower. Spartan Village is open to all students and will have a range of room types including doubles, triples and quads, all with private ensuite bathrooms.

Sophomore, Junior, Senior and Graduate Students also have the option to live in any of our traditional residence halls.

If you are a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student, you are also eligible to live in Campus Village Building A.
