Business Innovation and Leadership Development

BUILD stands for Business Innovation and Leadership Development and is a community open to first-year students who have been admitted or are considering a business major or minor. BUILD offers engaging leadership activities and interactive programs, provides access to business-related resources, and offers networking opportunities to new students transitioning to the university.

BUILD Community Goals:

• Develop a strong connection with the College of Business faculty, advisors, and services.
• Develop solid knowledge of the opportunities and resources at SJSU and how to prepare for and benefit from them.
• Gain knowledge of the spectrum of business/management careers and explore their interests.
