Prepare for Advising

  • Download, fill, and save (rename) any necessary forms.
  • Please read all forms carefully for instructions
    Some forms require you to supply supporting documents, if you do not include them in pdf format, this may delay the process. 
  • Please DO NOT initiate DocuSigns
    The advisor will notify and/or have you forward forms to Admin (economics@sjsu.edu) for help.
  • Have your unofficial transcript readily available to help with advising. 

Download your transcript in your MySJSU

On the left hand side of the screen, search bar type "transcript."
Click on the second option "View Unofficial Transcript"
Highlight everything and save your transcript as a PDF (Ctrl P).
