Prospective MSTM Students
The Master of Science in Transportation Management (MSTM) is a fully accredited 30-unit Master's program. Most students take two and a half years to complete all ten courses. The curriculum consists of six required core courses, a required two-course sequence in which students prepare an independent Capstone Report (MTM 283 and 290), and two electives.
We operate on a rolling admissions basis, meaning that the sooner you submit your application, the sooner you'll receive updates about your application. As we have a competitive admissions process and limited space available, we strongly encourage you to apply early to ensure early consideration.
Certificates
Students may choose among three graduate certificate options, each of which requires four courses:
- Certificate in Transportation Safety, Security, & Emergency Management
(requirements here) - Certificate in High-Speed and Intercity Rail Management (requirements here)
- Certificate in Transportation Management (requirements here)
