Andrew Wright is the Senior Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management at San José State University, a role he assumed in July 2024. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, Andrew brings a diverse background that spans both public and private sectors, including leadership roles at Cal State Long Beach, Cal Poly Pomona, and Cal State Fullerton. Throughout his career, he has been a strategic leader in enrollment management, developing and executing initiatives to support diverse student populations while ensuring compliance with system-wide, state, and federal regulations.

Andrew has a proven track record of surpassing enrollment goals while effectively managing substantial fiscal portfolios and leading high-performing teams. He has successfully formulated and implemented enrollment policies, cultivated cross-campus collaborations, and integrated advanced technological solutions to enhance the student experience.
