Email our Undergraduate Advisor, Marina Corrales, to set up a meeting to ask any questions you have about the minor or indicate that you'd like to declare the minor (online process, no signatures required).

Graduating Students

Note: A completed minor form must accompany graduation packets.

Complete the CCS Department Minor Form [pdf]. Indicate which courses you completed, are in the process of completing, or plan to complete to satisfy complete 18 units in CCS. Include the semester and year you took the class, your final grade, and course units.
