Major Advising

The undergraduate major advisor for The Department of African American Studies is Dr. Wendy Thompson. If you are considering majoring or minoring in in a program offered by the department, or if you are ready to declare, you should meet with Dr. Wendy Thompson.

The College of Social Sciences Student Success Center provides General Education advising for undergraduate students majoring or intending to major in any of the departments in the College of Social Sciences (CoSS).
