The Record Clearance Project provides the following services to guide people through
the expungement process: court representation, helping clients get their Records of
Arrests and Prosecutions (RAP sheets), brief legal advice sessions (Speed Screenings),
and presentations on expungement law and employment rights of people with convictions.
RCP is particularly accessible to those with trauma because it is not associated with
the criminal legal system. A welcoming, safe environment, RCP encourages people to
pursue their rights and opportunities.
