The McNair Scholars program can help you get there! Our program helps first generation, low income, or underrepresented students apply to doctoral programs and assists them with a research project.

Alumni

The McNair Scholars Program has successfully recruited 300+ low-income and first-generation students who are underrepresented at the doctorate level.

Services

The Research Colloquium course (UNVS 125M) is designed to assist McNair Scholars in preparing for graduate study at the doctoral level.

Advising

We work cooperatively with other campus services to help students obtain information about requirements, course selection, financial aid, career planning, and other resources.
