Customize Your Personal Page in the Digital Grad Book

Option 1: Fill Out the Online form

1. Fill out the form below and upload your photo.
2. We'll email your grad book with your personalized page when it's ready.

Option 2: Use SJSU's Canva Template and upload a Personalized PDF page

1. Use Canva template for more options to tailor your page.
   • For a vertical orientation photo use the Vertical Canva Temlate
   • For horizontal orientation photo use the Horizontal Canva Template
2. Create a Free Canva Account, if you don't already have one.
3. Edit the Template: Customize the template with your details. (Avoid using animations)
4. Download as PDF:
   
   1. Click on the "Share" button at the top right
   2. Select "Download"
   3. Choose "PDF Standard." (Must be a PDF)
   4. Click "Download"
5. Rename the PDF file to your First_LastName, and upload it through the online submission form below.
