The SJSU Academic Senate is the principal agency for the formulation of University policy.

California Faculty Association

The California Faculty Association (CFA) is the exclusive collective bargaining representative for the 24,000 California State University faculty, including tenure-track faculty, lecturer faculty, librarians, counselors and coaches in the 23-campus CSU system.

California State Employees Association

The California State Employees Association is a federation of four affiliated organizations. Our customers are the Affiliates. CSEA provides business services to these affiliates. These services include membership, accounting, payroll, IT and human resources.
