Poet, Motivational Speaker and Author

Resident
of the Bay Area. She is a graduate from San Jose State University with
a Bachelor in Sociology with a minor in African American Studies.
Currently she is a graduate student at the University of San Francisco
(USF). She has been able to use her college education and life
experience to express her thoughts through poetry and motivational
speaking.

Rough Edges
is a self published poetry book series. Currently there are 2 published
of the 3 series. Ms. Caldwell began writing poetry in 2003 and speaking
at several types of venues; such as Open-mics, Women empowerment
workshops, Juneteenth festival; 2005.
- Her
poem The Smell of Bacon Grease was published in In Other
Words; 2007; a book of anthologies.

Several poems have also been publish in the San Jose City College
collection of anthologies from 2007-2011.
