(1) STUDY DESIGN: This study is experimental, with pre-test and post-test measurements in four independent groups. Some questions we might ask of the data are:

Do groups differ at baseline? (Independent samples; IV = GROUP, DV = BASELINE)
Is there a significant change in MIQ scores within groups? (Four separate paired samples; DV = DELTA)
Do the effects of the interventions vary, i.e., is there a significant difference between groups? (Independent samples; IV = GROUP, DV = DELTA)

(2) DATA ENTRY AND VALIDATION: Care should be taken in creating and naming variables and entering data. Data should be validated for accuracy.
