Ideas for managing test stress

dealing with "test-stress." May I suggest:
- Break the large job of studying for the comprehensive final

- Be kind to yourself and to others
- Focus on what is important (dont sweat the small
stuff).

- Do not forget that you have a body: good eating & sleeping, no drugs or alcohol,
get exercise, connect mind with body
- Reward yourself after the test for a job well done
