Ideas for managing test stress 

To do your best, you must have a reasonable strategy for dealing with "test-stress." May I suggest:

  1. Break the large job of studying for the comprehensive final into small manageable pieces 
  2. Be kind to yourself and to others
  3. Focus on what is important (don�t sweat the small stuff).
  4. Simple time management techniques like making lists and schedules . . . 
  5. Do not forget that you have a body: good eating & sleeping, no drugs or alcohol, get exercise, connect mind with body 
  6. Reward yourself after the test for a job well done
