HAND IN AND DISCUSS WELLNESS SURVEY 

ACTIVITY: FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE HEALTH-RELATED BEHAVIORS 

  1. Predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors (discussion)
  2. Students take out piece of paper and write down health-related behavior they would like to explore or change 
  3. Class selects 4 health-related behaviors (2 healthy behaviors / 2 harmful behaviors) for discussion. 
  4. Class divides into 4 groups according to health behavior topic. Groups create a list of predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors for the behavior. 
  5. Each group presents their list. After group finishes, rest of the class if they can thing of additional factors
