Individual Life Stressors Activity [15 minutes]

  1. Take minute to get comfortable. Then reflect on things in your life that are worrying you. [2 minutes]
  2. Take out a piece of paper and write down up to 10 things you worry about. After finishing the list circle things you would be comfortable discussing with the class.  [2 minutes]
  3. I'm going to walk down the rows to see if there are any volunteers that want to share a single stressor from their list [10 minutes]
