(1) To download a file, right-click on its name and choose "Save Target As." 

(2) Use the dialogue box in your browser to download the file to the disk or directory of your choice. 

(3) Some files are zipped, while others are in a specific formates. 
You may encounter any of the following formats:


.SAV    SPSS "saved" data file 
.SPS    SPSS syntax file
.REC    EpiInfo/EpiData record file
.ECA    EpiCalc2000
.SAS    SAS program file
.MDB    Access/Epi2000 data base
.DBF    dBase III
